Audit & Program Qualification: An on-site audit is completed to determine which HVAC upgrades qualify under the utility program. Incentives typically cover 30%–70% of the total HVAC project, depending on system type and efficiency level.

Proposal & Approval: Once eligibility is confirmed, we present a clear proposal outlining incentives, scope of work, and available 0% financing for up to 60 months. All equipment must meet utility and code requirements to qualify.

​Paperwork & Scheduling: Some utility programs require up to 12 months of utility bills and formal approvals. While the qualification process involves documentation and coordination, we manage it closely with your cooperation.

​Installation: After approval, equipment is ordered and installation is scheduled. The installation itself is typically quick, even though the preparation process may involve inspections and approvals.

​Final Inspection & Rebate Processing: Post-installation inspections are completed, and rebates are secured once all utility requirements are met.
